Tampa just sucks they keep trying to doll up lipstick on a pig with new development but I guess if you have to then Channelside are by river/convention center is ok
Maybe buy land out in Lutz and prole out mega hard, id only live in Palm Harbour, Dunedin or Tarpon springs personally and only if on water and decent boat
