I’ve almost been caught by my wife several times. She’s caught me messaging her a few times and demanded to know who it is and I’ve just told her no. Things are stressed. 3. I have couples therapy with my wife and things are nuclear at home. 4. Subordinate also has marriage problems predictably. She told him she wants a divorce. He wants to fix things. He took her to dinner to try to rekindle things with her and she spent the whole time sending me secret messages, felt bad for the guy. 5. It’s a little exhausting juggling all this. It’s up to everyone to succeed. I became a “success” and my dad abandoned our family at a young age. Lots of the most successful people in the world have similar stories. Lots of loving parents have shitty kids etc. The promise I’ll make to my kid is to be there for him always, rest is kind of up to him. I have seen other studies indicating that while divorce is never good for kids, staying in a high conflict marriage is even worse. The case where one should stay together for the kids is when a low conflict marriage goes sideways (usually when one partner gets caught cheating).
But whatever. It's almost certainly better for the kids to resist the temptation to smash younger pussy, but that's not realistic for most men if the opportunity is there. And if the OP has a 7-figure income, most likely his wife will get over it if he gets caught, because the alternative is to downgrade her lifestyle significantly. That said, if the OP can salvage his marriage for his kid's sake, he probably should. |
