At what age do you let your kids start drinking coffee?

Date: January 16th, 2026 4:00 PM Author: fully online and responsive I spent a summer in Croatia and they gave kids a pitcher of chocalate milk mixed with coffee at breakfast and the kids would burn out running around then take a siesta in the afternoon. I actually got into coffee this way. Seems 180. Our Youngest is 5 and I wanna get all the kids going on it but wife disagrees. Btw I can only drink decaf now because coffee was mentally and physically destructive to me in the long run but its probably good for kids.
