Or is there something worse happening to your body. If you just restricted your calories in an equal amount without ozempic and maintained the same gym routine would you still look weird? Or is this some gross side effect no one understands yet?

Don't the Ozempic warnings say that if you stop taking it, you WILL gain the weight back? Isn't that weird? Like why can't you lose the weight and then maintain a healthy diet?

But yeah I think it's a combo of rapid weight loss along with it somehow decreasing muscle tissue
