I don't think it's possible to go back to square one
If ETH maintains anywhere near the current ratio, even if you cut that ratio significantly, BTC would have to go sub $1k for ETH to be under $30.
Personally I don't think the price of BTC will go much under $5k but readily admit it's a guess based on the ATH and % drop from there
I also try to think about this logically and the last crash was caused by a major disastrous event whereas this is a very classic bubble pop
It is also far more mainstream than last time and so much easier to trade and store crypto
I just don't see the doomsday scenario happening but am open to being wrong about that
Adding one thing to counter the above: another obvious issue is that any negative news events re crypto could have a disatrous effect right now. I am not sure what that would be, maybe coinbase gets hacked, IRS goes buckwild, but that could potentially cause a doomsday scenario
I also disagree with those that think stocks plummeting or a recession would be good for crypto. So there's even more risk there IMO.
